Full List:

3. NE
4. PHL
5. BAL
6. GB
7. DAL
8. DEN
9. IND
10. TB
With the draft looming this weekend, the better organizations will probably demonstrate why they are highly ranked, and the middle and bottom tier franchises will leave their fans and commentators grasping for the hope of improvement. While nothing offers the chance for a new start for football fans like the draft, no other event so publicly exposes the organizational short comings of franchises either.

So with draft day in mind, we conclude our look at the best owners and organizations in the NFL. Last year’s playoff teams were scattered throughout the ranks of the middle and bottom tier franchises, indicating that won-loss record was only one of several important criteria in rating owner and organizational success. But in the top tier, sustained success on the field becomes a key factor in differentiating these organizations. So while winning is far from the only thing, to paraphrase the great Vince Lombardi, it is, in a sense, everything to be at the top level.

How isnt NE number 1? And how did NYG get to number 2? What did they do to come up with these numbers? I strongly disagree with a few of these

i personally like the eagles, but the pats take this.
The opening scene of the movie "Saving Private Ryan" is loosely based on games of dodgeball Brian Dawkins played in second grade.

How could Pittsburgh not be No. 1? They've won 2 SB's in the last 4 years with 2 different coaches.

If you look at the franchise as a whole you will see that Pittsburg is far ahead of New
England.

New England is the current 'flavor of the decade' but even then Pittsburg has won 2 championships in the last 4 years.

Pittsburg has had the most stability in the last 40 yrs.
- Only 3 head coaches since 1969
- Won 6 Superbowls (most by any NFL franchise)
- Won Superbowls with 3 different head coaches (proving that it is a franchise thing and not just the luck of a good head coach)
- Still owned by the family that founded them in 1933 (Rooney's)

Plus Pittsburg's owner (Dan Rooney) was instramental in establishing the 'Rooney Rule' which instituted a system to interview minority candidates which has been key for the current minority head coaches hirings.

Clearly by its accomplishments and impact on the league as a whole Pittsburg is deserving of the best organization moniker.
