PPR League with 1QB,2RB,3WR,1TE,1DEF and my picks for rookie draft are 1.01, 2.06, 2.11, 3.10, 4.05, 4.06. I know I need another QB which will be one of my 2nd round picks and probably one of my 4th round picks.
Rodgers, Aaron Addai, Joseph Brown, Ronnie McGahee, Willis Jonathan Stewart Reggie Wayne Williams, Roy Harrison, Marvin Kelly, Malcolm Thomas, Devin Keller, Dustin Gould, Robbie Steelers, Pittsburgh

I don't think QB is your most pressing need. Aaron Rodgers is a good, young QB and should be a solid fantasy contributor for the foreseeable future.
At 1.01, I think the obvious pick is either Wells or Moreno. In the second round, I'd focus in on WR as Wayne and Williams are the only two WRs you have that I'd feel comfortable starting. Britt and DHB are WRs I'd look at in round 2. Eventually you can look at drafting a QB and possibly even a TE. After the first two rounds, you'll just have to play it by ear.

If I were you, I would try and trade down to #3. You will still get either Wells, Moreno or Crabtree. Does the guy at #3 have any low first round picks or high second round picks.
I was thinking 1.1 and 2.6 for 1.3 and 1.10 or 2.3 something like that. Then you can get one of the big 3 at #3 and maybe Sanchez or Stafford in the late first/early second.

The guy who has 1.2 has 1.3 and no second round picks.
Except for JStewart, the fantasy value of your RBs are falling so i assume that you will take an RB in the first round. Btw, what is your league's scoring for passing TDs? If it's 6 pts, taking Sanchez or Stafford might be justifiable but I personally, would not want to waste a 2nd round pick on a QB. I might draft based on value and from there, run after a trade to get a good quality back-up QB.
