Customizable Mock Draft?

I am looking for a mock draft simulator that can be customized to put keepers into the draft picks. Our league allows 3 keepers, but in order to keep them you lose the draft pick previous to the one you drafted them in the year prior. So I am looking for something that can put players in the mock draft before it begins. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have tried these simulators but unfortunately it doesn't have what I need. I need one that I can basically make pre selections for people. i.e. Brees as a 2.9, Forte as 7.4 and so on. I do prefer it to be free, but if someone knows of a mock draft simulator that they pay to use and know for a fact that this can be done, please let me know.

Not sure of a site that can do this automatically, but you could just fill in a spreadsheet in Excel and do mocks yourself. That is what I have done in the past for my keeper leagues.
