Trade that I cant decide

I just got offered:

1.2, 1.7, 2.9, 2010 second round, dwayne bowe, john carlson, tim hightower, sidney rice

for

1.11, Chris Johnson (Ten), T. Gonz, Antonio Bryant, and Dom Rhodes

I wanted people's opinions...he stated that he believes this offer is 60/40 in my favor but I am not really sure if helps more than hurts my future...

Also, with the 1.2 I am not sure if I would go for Crabtree, Moreno, or Wells

Although you are thin at RB, I like this trade for you. I like Bowe and Carlson in a dynasty over Bryant and Gonzo. Also I think Wells(or Moreno), Hightower, Rice, Harvin(or McCoy, or whoever you like at 1.7) is better than CJ4.24, Rhodes and the 1.11. Plus you get 2 extra 2nd rounders.

Should I offer Moss instead of Bryant? I was liking Bryant a little more...also does him giving me a 2010 first instead of 2010 second make it a def must do for me?

What is better for my team givign Moss or Bryant?

This is a good example of a trade that needs killin'. The "60/40 in your favor" statement is highly dubious! While he's offering possibilities for the future, you're giving up a significant portion of this season's combat power. You need CJ in order to be a contender this season. Bowe's the one player he's offering that's a proven stud, but keeping Bryant is mostly a wash. Yes Gonzo's nearly a geezer, but I expect him to put up freakish numbers for at least this season. My advice is to toss the whole thing, then do narrowly targeted deals to improve your position for the future.
