I'm not a fan of Bush although he is usually pretty valuable in a PPR. I think PT will eventually overtake him as Bush is a bit over priced. KSmith is an up and comer on a team that hopefully starts to improve. Roddy is proving to be a top prospect who catches alot of balls. With Ryan's success and possible improvement he could end up being a monster.
It really depends on who you opt to trade him at Wr. I think you win the RB trade.

Id start with Berrian, then work your way up to Lance Moore...Bush for KSmith is a good swap but Bush can still outscore him this next year if he stays healthy so that should give you the edge at WR in this deal...I really doubt Berrian is enough, but it should work it's way up to Moore and even then I love that deal for you.
That leaves you with Marshall, Boldin, AJ, and Roddy with Turner, Stewart, Pierre, & Kevin Smith, that's a good line-up and well worth giving up Moore for to me.

I'm not sure why you're looking at this trade, it seems like a lateral move.
Trading Bush and one of your top 3 WRs for Smith/White is a downgrade. Trading Bush and Berrian/Moore for White/Smith is good value, but doesn't really help your team. You have a ton of depth given the options you have with your starting lineup, and need to be trading depth for studs, not the other way around (and yes, Bush is a borderline stud in a PPR league).
Personally, I think when he said "and a WR" he meant one of your top 3 WRs, but lets just pretend for a moment that you were able to move Bush/Berrian for White/Smith. Where does that leave you?
You now basically have to pick 4 or 5 of Turner, Stewart, Smith, Thomas, AJ, Marshall, White, and Boldin to start every week. Basically, a whole bunch of guys with roughly the same value and you're just playing matchups each week, same as before. Bush is injury prone indeed, but when he was healthy last year he was better than any of those guys. May as well roll the dice with him and if he gets hurt, big deal because your starters aren't any worse than they would've been with White/Smith anyways.
Personally, what I would be looking to do if I were in your shoes was trading some of that depth for some studs. If you want to move Bush, maybe package him and Marshall for a guy like MJD or FItzgerald.
