Polian: Christensen will take over Colts' offensive coordinator post
Associated Press

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Colts used one succession plan to replace Tony Dungy. Now, new coach Jim Caldwell is implementing his own succession plan to complete his staff.

Team president Bill Polian told an Indianapolis radio station on Friday that assistant head coach Clyde Christensen will become the new offensive coordinator and Pete Metzelaars will take over as offensive line coach following the retirements of Tom Moore and Howard Mudd. http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d ... nfirm=true

Interesting, I would've thought that by this point they'd just go ahead and list Peyton as their offensive coordinator officially.

You have to wonder how things may be changing in Indy. Harrison and Moore gone, Manning coming off of a mediocre year by his standards, and they draft another RB. Is there going to be a subtle shift away from the air attack? hmmm.
I think this drops Mannings value to the lower rounds, for sure. :-b
