Quick help with a trade!

Ive thought about it for a day or two and can't decide what to do help me out please. Im in a 12 team keeper league where you can keep one player per position. It is a PPR league and I plan on keeping Matt Ryan, Brian Westbrook, Roddy White and Owen Daniels. I had traded my 4th and 8th round picks this year for Matt Ryan. I have just been offered the the first overall pick and the last pick of the fourth round for my 7th overall pick and my 18th overall pick. If I accept this trade i have to wait until the 3rd round to pick again and wont fill out my starters until the end of round 4. But one guy in my league owns both DeAngelo Williams and MJD both of which I would love with the first pick. I think that if i don't land one of those 2 Id rather just wait and have 2 top 18 picks then be stuck taking someone else first overall. What should i do?

I think waiting till the 4th is a little too long and would see if you could make it his 3rd round pick. Getting a RB of that caliber is always nice in FF. Do you know what other players are being dropped so you could try to gage who would be available at pick 7?

Just off the top of my head: Jacobs, Thomas, Tomlinson, Slaton, Grant, Barber III. It looks like if i wait til 7th i get to pick between these guys which isnt bad and then i could grab a solid WR at 18 and another in the 3rd. What do you think?

That is only 6 so there needs to be another player or they may be taken. With that group you may end up with Thomas or Grant

Take the trade, than with your next 4 picks grab 3 WRs.

I don't like MJD, but having both of your RB slots on lock like that every week would be a blessing compared to Grant/Jones/or ?
