Trash Talking in your league

I've offered cash to best trash-talking. Not much, like 50% of the buy-in, and everyone votes at the end of the season (as the commish, I get two votes).

Why should you get 2 votes just because you are commish? Do you pay twice the entry fee?

I only use the extra vote in case those who vote only vote for themselves. Voter turnout is less than 100%, and instead of having run-off elections, etc, in the event of a tie I usually just break it. People seem OK with it.
