Holmes. I have them about even talent wise but I don't trust the work ethic of Edwards at all. I believe he will be the big potential guy who never lives up to it.

I still like Edwards and would probably make him my selection, but it would be pretty close

I actually have both in my keeper league, but I am only able to keep one (we keep 6 players total). Our league has standard scoring but there are rewards for length of TD, starting at 15 yards out.

I have been leaning towards Edwards, but I am really torn as well. Can Holmes be "the man" like he was in the 2nd half of the Super Bowl? I think Edwards probably has more upside, but do we see a repeat of 2007 (and all the TDs) or 2008? It's probably somewhere in between, but with no Winslow or proven 2nd receiver, I think it will be maybe more like 2008.

The b*tch of it is I am an Ohio State fan... where Holmes played. And we all know where Edwards played... But when it comes to fantasy, I do my best to put that aside....

Like the original poster, I want someone to sell me on Holmes over Edwards (or vice versa).

I can't but I like both but Edwards is the better WR now and in the future.

I would keep Braylon. I think he is the more talented WR, and I think he will bounce back from his bad season last year.

I think I have to take Braylon no matter what. I do like Holmes, but other than a big td catch in the super bowl, what has he done?? I do think that he can play well, but with over all potential and what I think they will do, I take Braylon hands down. Good luck.

I think Holmes is getting prepared to make his move as a "bigger" time WR but the chances of the Steelers ever being a heavy enough pass offense for him to reach the potential that Braylon Edwards has is pretty slim. I like Holmes a lot as a WR2 for many years to come but I don't know that he'll ever have the WR1 potential that Edwards has. Keep Braylon.
