Who is the #12 pick in rookie dynasty league drafts? You are voting on who will have the best fantasy football production in the NFL over the next 5 or 6 years with the team on which the player was just drafted, NOT who will have the best year in 2009. Assume standard scoring (1 pt. per 10 yards rushing / receiving, and no PPR) Also please assume that you have a balanced roster and don't have a great specific need for a QB, WR, etc.
Feel free to discuss the pros and cons of these players - this could be helpful for some and generate some good discussion. If you'd like to vote for a player NOT on this list, then please vote "other" and make a post to discuss the player. This will serve as a write-in vote for that player.
I really like Robiskie as the anti-Percy. a player with a sound character, a high floor and lower ceiling, and someone who has a very good chance of attaining and retaining a solid WR standard.
With that said, looking at a 6 year period, I went with Sanchez who I feel has the tools, team, and intangibles to develop in to a good/very good QB. There will be growing pains, and additional supporting weapons will be needed in due course, but overall I like him above the listed tier of WR/RB etc for this poll.
Kudos to the uberdesigner 'soty' for the sig!

Jennings will be an injury away from toting the rock for Jacksonville. MJD is a solid guy, very strong for his size, but small nonetheless. If he cannot handle the full load, Jennings will get his opportunities.
He has excellent height, great bulk, long arms, and knows how to use his size to his advantage. He can jump pretty high so he will be used on some endzone plays. Britt should get the chance to start fairly soon if not immediately at Tenn.
His downside is he only has average speed and lacks great quickness and acceleration. He has character concerns and might not be able to get any seperation at the next level. Of course with that height and jumping ability it might not matter.
