3.15 or 47th overall rookie pick???

Postby hobo » Thu Jun 04, 2009 1:13 pm

I'm looking at 3 players:

Larry English OLB SD
Jason Williams ILB Dal
Javon Ringer RB Tenn

I'm in a 16 team dynasty league. 41 player roster.. yeah, that's right 41 player (656 players)
Standard scoring and IDP..

Everything being considered equal, who is the best choice this year and beyond?

Just cant decide...... lol

Thanks

What IDP are left?

Ringer is my choice from the 3. But I would also look at guys like Gartrell Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, Austin Collie, Brandon Tate or Patrick Turner. I have G. Johnson ahead of Ringer.

all the players you mentioned are taken/drafted. Like I said 16 team 41 player roster. very deep deep league.

Thinking Ringer is the choice. as well.

Jason Williams ILB Dal
Larry English OLB SD
Jason Phillips ILB Balt
Patrick Chung S NE
William Moore S Atl
Gerald McRath ILB Tenn

these are the remaining IDP's worth mentioning at all..

I am a littel stunned that Ringer is still there when J. Johnson and Turner are gone.

LenDale is likely out of Tenn after this year and they run the ball a ton. Take Ringer but don't expect him to give you much this year. Knee surgery and LenDale playing for his contract... Ringer will not see much time.

yes, both just recently went off in this 3rd rnd.. just a few picks ago..

I guess, like you said, folks are worried abt Ringer's knee surgery..

J.Johnson is just a clone of Slaton down in Houston ....
