My opinion?
Too hard on the QB. Give 1 point per 25 yards passing, -2 for interception and balance out with 4 pt QB TDs.
2 point incriments are better than 3 for interceptions, fumbles, etc.
Use fractional points. Man, your system minus the opponents defense is a new twist.
Too many roster spots. I have 8 active, 7 reserve, 2 injured (if applicable) and 5 practice squad (must have $$ value of $1 or less; no $1 K or Def). With this some complain the draft is thin, so I'd cut that roster way down. Oh, wait, you have IDPs. That probably is the difference.
I've done 2 and 3 divisions and I'd say 3 with 4 teams. You play your own division 2x and everyone else but 1 team 1 time (on a 16 week setup).
I think you skip week 17. Too many starters sitting. Make your superbowl week 16. Oh, NM. You're doing something very interesting there with the double-headers and pro-bowl.
No Bye players as starters.
Lineup submission 5 minutes before player's gametime.
I think you'll might have a hard time getting 7 votes on rules. Some guys just don't pay attention and you'll wait a long time. That's my experience.
Does the winner of the Toilet Bowl get the top pick? If not, you better provide some incentive to win the TB.
Last place team in each division receives a first round bye?
Okay, then it got just too complicated and I'm getting a headache...
For what it was worth.
