Keeper league trade?

This is an IDP Keeper League.

I have
Peyton, Chris Johnson, Roy Williams, LenDale, Marshawn, Shockey, Anthony Gonzalez, Norwood, Quinn, Pettigrew, Crabtree and Barden

I want a better WR and someone wants Chris Johnson.
Some of his players are Greg Jennings, Frank Gore, Kevin Smith, Heath Miller and Eddie Royal, Derrick Mason

He's offering Gore, Miller and Mason for Crabtree and Chris Johnson and Pettigrew. Should I do it

Too steep for me. I would be asking for at least Gore, Jennings, Miller (if you want him, persoanlly, there are tons of TE's out there that will produce)

It is close but I would take the Gore/Jennings side. I would hammer him though and get as much as possible.

I would not amke the first deal you mentioned.
