$20 redraft league needs owners, 100% payback

Our league is looking for 4-5 owners to join for 2009. Currently we have 7, possibly 8 teams. The league is brand new, however a lot of us have played together in other leagues for 5+ years. Entry fee is $20 per team. $20 will be given to 2nd place, the rest will go to the champion. Planning to have 12 teams broken up into two divisions. Two division winners and four wildcards will make playoffs. Scoring system is basic, rosters are 12 deep (6 starters, 6 backups). 6 Starters consist of 1 QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs (includes TEs), 1 K. All teams in our league have a city and mascot, just like in the NFL. Here is a list of taken cities/mascots:
