Trading draft picks. Who gets the better end

Postby Mathew11. » Fri Jun 12, 2009 12:19 pm

OK this league is a KEEPER and runs by PPR.
12 team H2H
LEAGUE GOES BY....
1QB
2RB
3WR
1TE
2W/T/R
1K
1DEF

I GIVE HIM: 2,23 5,50 and 6,71
I GET: 3,34 4,39 and 5,57

Should i do it or not and which position should i focus on for my first 5 picks

1 pick RB
2 pick RB
3 pick WR
4 pick QB/WR
5 pick QB/WR

what should be my plan for my first 5 picks in this KEEPER league in the live draft

First off Personally I would hang onto my pics..
That 23 pick is very valuable and while it is a decent enough offer I would pass.
As for what pics to make well allot depends on the flow of the draft.
First if brady/breeze/manning are around at 23 I would jump on that. If not consider taking WR's in the second and 3rd in PPR. You should be able to land a very solid RB at 9. I have seen guys like Jackson and CJ go that late and others like Slaton will surly be there. All solid PPR players.
Next target say Marshall/Bowe/White at 23 and then someone like Housh/Welker/Colston in the 3rd...
Leaving a RB/QB/RB with the next 3 pics in no particular order, instead going on best available at those positions.
Guys like Ryan/Shuab/Rogers/Rivers..Grant/Lynch/Piere/Thomas/Mcfadden/Ward/Moreno..should all be around at that time....
Now if u happen to land that QB in the second ..then definitely go WR/RB/RB with the next 3 picks.....
Pickup a TE like Cooley or Olsen after u get ur foundation set....
Remember though to Stay flexible..all formulas are subject to change depending on the flow of the draft...
2-Later RD players I have targeted this year are ..Avery/..Rice

Good Luck

Try using this also, it may help. I just plugged the numbers in, it said to make the trade, but it seems pretty close to me. Good luck.
