Auction league // a ladder league

We have started a new league.

64 owners/ 4 conferences...... each conference has 16 owners

The catch is that it is a ladder league. (more info on the bottom). The idea is simple, we want best owners to play against each other every year. When an owner perform good, he gets promoted to a higher conference. When he perform bad he gets demoted to a lower conference. So the higher the conference, higher the competition. Rookie owners always start from the lowest ranked conference.

It is a good league for friends/brothers/neighbours/colleagues, it is always fun to see your a friend demoted to a lower conference (where he deserves to be).

No IDP
Auction league, 1000$ salary limit,
Think of it like a redraft league, but auction.
Auction in early August.
