I still remember the first time I went to a minor league hockey game in Eugene. We arrived just after the game started, I asked my buddy if these guys ever fight....I hadn't even sat down and these two guys dropped their gloves and started going at it.
I only paid attention to hockey when Wayne Gretzky led the Kings to the '94 Stanley Cup and when street hockey was in style in the heart of Southern California suburbia during the mid-90's. Since then, I haven't followed the game as closely. From time to time, I'll watch the Stanley Cup but I don't have any vested interest in the game.
Here are the sports I enjoy watching, from best to worst:
1) Football/soccer/futbol/fussball/voetbal 2) NBA basketball 3) Baseball 4) NCAA basketball 5) Rugby league 6) Twenty20 cricket 7) MMA 8) Rugby union 9) One-day international cricket 10) Formula 1 11) Test cricket 12) Drift racing (Formula D, D1 Grand Prix) 13) NCAA football 14) NFL 15) Japanese Touring Car Championship 16) Hockey 17) Boxing 18) Skateboarding 19) Misc. Olympic sports (i.e. Track & Field/Athletics, Swimming, Speedskating) 20) Tennis 21) Golf 22) NASCAR
I've pretty much watched everything except Aussie rules football at one time or another. For the last 8 years or so (especially in the last 5), Cricket has been the game I've been most interested in. I like the Twenty20 and ODI games because they don't take as long as 5 day tests, but I'm also interested in Test cricket... most so when England-Australia play in the rivalry called The Ashes. Won't be surprised to see my interest in Cricket one-up baseball, to be honest.

I'm pretty sure that anyone that's a dedicated enthusiast of disc golf (Jeff, buddy, it's a Frisbee) forfeits the right to use the words "wussy" and "sport" in succession.
I'm not sure though, so I'll check with the Sissified Sportsmen's Association of America and get back to you.
Howdy Kids.
