I'd agree with you there if the Lakers game wasn't on in about 10 minutes. Screw the NFL.

I think I'd watch curling over basketball at this point, but this thread is about the "absolute WORST time of year", so basketball is a fitting subject.

I happen to be one of few (it seems) that actually like baseball and football.
Actually, I don't mind watching football. However, because I'm a neutral, I don't really enjoy football as a fan. I'm still bitter about 1994, not so much about the Raiders moving back to Oakland (good riddance, they should stay there), but about the Rams moving to St. Louis. I'm not that fond about the prospect of an NFL team coming back to L.A. either.
I much prefer college football over the NFL even though I'm not a fan of any particular team.
