Just in case anyone is wondering, it really should not take any more time than your average fantasy league since it is being run on CBS... there are player rankings and eventually will be a cheat sheet on their site so it's pretty simplified and you won't have to do a ton of research.

It's played just like the Pros and we''ll have the following starting lineups:

1 QB
2 RBs
3 WRs
1 TE
1 DEF/ST
1 K

They give you the option to restrict the player pool to certain conferences, but I like being able to choose from them all:

SEC
Mountain West
Atlantic Coast
Western Athletic
Pacific 10
Big East
Sun Belt
Mid American
Big Ten
Big 12
Independents
Conf USA

The live draft is August 22, 2009 @ 1:00 PM ET.
