Fantasy FB Logo request

[SBS2010]

Hello.....

I was wondering if it is possible to have a logo that is animated that has Ocho Sinco holding up his letter.....or putting on his jacket......and instead of the normal text it reads "SBS 2009"

That is my team name and I was wondering if anyone could offer me advice on how to make this logo.

I am not familiar with the good software concerning animated gifs, but I am computer-savy and am not afraid to try this myself (unless someone offers to do it for a small price).

That is my goal...to create such an animation that will work as a CBS Sportsline Fantasy Football logo.
