Dolphin told me via email that he's running late due to traffic, and he asked me to get Cappy to pick for him. But since we're in no rush, I told him to just pick when he can, so hopefully he'll pick soon.

It took me 20 mins of convincing myself to just take him when I have other positions of need. There's only one or two other guys left at WR I think have his potential.
