Steve McNair has been found dead due to a fatal gunshot wound to the head, according to Nashville police.

Newschannel Five in Tennessee has the news first. McNair was found in downtown Nashville. Police said it looked like a double homicide. A woman was also found dead on the premises. Unreal. Assuming this is true, which I have no reason to doubt, this is a sad ending to a very classy player.

i was shocked when i heard the news. in his prime he was one of the greats. so sad that he finally was going to get to give his broken body rest and his life was taken. RIP :,-(
