Is this enough for Fitz / DWill? *UPDATE!*

10 team keeper league, QB/3WR/2RB/1Flex/TE/K/DST/6BN
Standard scoring, 6pts for all TD's, no PPR
Keep up to 4 players (2 from rounds 1-5, 2 from round 6 and later)

My keeper worthy players are:
Andre Johnson (2nd)
Clinton Portis (4th)
Marion Barber (8th)
Tony Romo (10th)
Jason Witten (13th)
Larry Johnson (16th)

Right now I'm leaning towards keeping AJ, Portis, MB3, and Romo. I'm not really liking it though, I'd like to consolidate and upgrade.

There's a new guy in my league taking over a team. Pretty much the only players worth keeping on his team are Payton manning (1st), Larry Fitz (5th), and Deangelo Williams (16th). From what I hear though, he's only really interested in keeping Fitz.

What do you think of this trade?
AJ, Romo, and Witten
FOR
Fitz and DWill

I figure AJ for Fitz is basically a push, but keeping Fitz in the 5th vs. AJ in the 2nd is a bonus.
I would kill to keep DWill in the 16th (!), but is Romo and Witten enough to get him?
I was also going to offer him pick swaps in the 4th and 8th rounds, which would bump him up a few spots.
I could even swap out LJ for Witten or Romo if that's what it took.

Am I offering enough? Or am I going crazy and offering TOO MUCH?

I would love some input! WHIR!

Ok I just deleted a entire write up after I read your post again lol .ughhhh

Keeping D.Will as a 16th rounder has some huge upside. Fitz and AJ are a wash. Keeping WItten as a 13th is huge as well. He is the top TE and as good as a top wr.

Tough call. It comes down to how big on Dwill are you. Romo and Witten are a great combo to have with AJ is big time.

If I was the other guy I wouldn't do it. Romo Witten is a nice combo, but not equal to D. Williams as a 16, particularly when I already have Manning.

Yeah, I kind of agree. But supposedly he's not too keen on keeping Manning in the first round. I figure if he gets Romo from me, maybe I can snag Manning at the end of the first or beginning of the second round.

Do the deal and keep these:
Portis(4th)
Fitz(5th)
DWill(16th)
LJ(16th)

Since all TDs are worth 6 pts, make sure to grab a top tier QB in round 1.
Then look for someone like VJax in the second round.
3rd round, grab the best available receiver(WR or TE) and starting in the 5th round look to grab Jamaal Charles. Somewhere between round 5 and round 8 take a good PPR TE... if you miss the top tiers, take someone like Celek.
Pickup Betts between round 8-10 and you are good to go.

**UPDATE**

Well he turned down my offer, but he offered me Deangelo and TGonzales for Andre and Witten.

I really didn't want to trade Andre unless it was for another early-round keeper, because then I would only have Portis. Plus I have no interest in Gonzo. He is trying to get rid of Peyton Manning so he can keep Fitz and Andre. Maybe I can work him into the deal?

However, Manning is a first round keeper. Do you think that's too early to keep him? (keep in mind there will be probably 30-35 players kept, so really the first round is more like the fourth when it comes to the available talent).

Manning and Deangelo FOR Andre and Witten?

I could then keep Manning, Portis, Barber, and DWill. Thoughts?

If you can pull that off, I would do it in a heartbeat.
