I think TO definitely helps because Evans will probably only see single coverage. He's mostly a deep threat, similar to Santana Moss so if TO can work the middle it should free Evans up off the safety playing deep. I don't know how much TO works the middle anymore though, from what I saw of him last year he had a lot of alligator arms on those kind of crossing routes. He might have just been rusty on timing those though because Witten saw most of those kind of balls. Maybe a Cowboys fan can comment more on that.
I wouldn't trade Mendenhall for Evans though. How many teams is this league? If its a 12 teamer I would say you are probably ok at WR, maybe at 10 teams you could use some help. Depends on how you feel about Roy Williams.

Its a ten team league. My RBs are Benson, R. Brown, ADP, C. Taylor (handcuff), Moreno, Parker, Mendenhall, A. Brown (R-NYG), and Buckhalter.
I think R. Williams will be okay. 85 is one of my worries. I have high hopes for Henry. I am worried I am giving up too much future in a dynasty league with Mendenhall.

What are your starting requirements?
You definitely have the RBs to be competing for a championship this year. There's nothing wrong with mortgaging the future a little bit if you feel adding a legit WR1 to your roster would put you over the top. Overall you have some good young RB talent and you might end up trading one eventually. Sometimes people put too much into the building part of a dynasty when the point is still to win championships. If you're playing with even competition, no one will build a true dynasty in the time span that it takes for most leagues to fall apart anyway.
In any case, you would be grossly overpaying for Evans. If you want to make a trade, you could do better. I might consider packaging a RB with a WR to land a legit WR1, a more proven commodity, to solidify your receiving corps. I would feel much more comfortable with your group having to live up to WR2/WR3 status instead of hoping one of them goes stud this year.

There are ten teams. We start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1TE, 1 K, 1 DEF. I am working on some trades to move a RB for some decent WRs. My leaguemates aer being slow on returing any thoughts. Thanks for all your help guys. I will probably have a new post as I look at other teams WRs.
