Dynasty PPR League - Which one from two groups? WHIR

Postby FantasySportsMaven » Mon Jul 13, 2009 4:26 pm

These are both PPR Dynasty leagues and whomever I pick in each league will be a starter for that team this year, so those players must produce right away even as rookies.

Team 1 (Please pick one player)
Miles Austin
Earl Bennett
Brian Robiskie
Chris Henry
Brent Celek

Team 2 (Please pick one player)
Steve Smith(CAR)
Roddy White

Thanks for your help!

Team One: I wish I could help you out more. I'm not going to pretend to be this massive fantasy guru or football junkie, but the only name I've heard of is Chris Henry. Is he the best? I don't know, he's just the only one I've heard of.

Team Two: I like Roddy White. Not only for the age factor because even if it was just one year, I'd still take White. A second year with Matt Ryan and the addition of Gonzo will help out his stats. Steve Smith burned me a couple years ago and is clearly on the decline.

Team 1 - Chris Henry is my gut becasue I think he will have a breakout year. I love Celek's possibilities though. If you keep him you won't lose as much by having a TE.

Team 2 - Roddy White....It hink those guys are a push but Roddy is young and will be good to keep for years to come.

Thanks for your help!

Team 1 - Bennett and Robiskie are the only 2 that will be starters for their teams(I don't even consider TE's since they are all the same). Did you know that Bennett was Cutler's go-to receiver at Vanderbilt? If Braylon ends up getting traded, Robiskie could be a stud.

Team 2 - Take White. Smith is getting old, has only scored double-digit TD's once, and has a bum throwing the ball to him. White is still fairly young and he has an up and coming QB throwing him the ball.

Thanks to everyone who helped so far.

I took the advice on Team 2 and kept White.

Still trying to decide on Team 1 between Bennett or Robiskie or Celek since we can start 2 TEs if we desire and it is a PPR league. My current only TE is Gates.

You should ONLY have 2 TE's on your roster during Gates' bye week.

Let me know if you decide to start 2 TE's and go with Celek*.

*I need a good laugh.
