Brandon Marshall Trade WHIR

Postby djadrock » Tue Jul 14, 2009 2:59 pm

I am in need of a WR in a PPR Dynasty league. I have a good stable of RBs. Currently the owner of Marshall is trying to get R. Brown and K. Moreno for Marshall. I think that is to steep. So, use my RBs to create a trade that sounds reasonable.

R. Brown, K. Moreno, C Buckhalter, A. Brown (NYG), ADP, Chester Taylor, W. Parker, R. Mendenhall, C. Benson

I could also trade any of my draft picks next year in the rookie draft (1-4).

If not Marshall, do you see any combination for Jennings. I just had an owner offer him up.

Dang right that's too steep. Marshall is trouble waiting to happen. I wouldn't trade either one of those backs for him much less both. Kyle Orton is no Jay Cutler! I'd go for Jennings instead and I'd try to trade one of your backs for him straight up. Maybe Cedric Benson and a second rounder next year? Start with that and see where it goes.

The guy with Jennings tried to get Moreno and my 1/2. He thinks Moreno straight up is too steep, which makes it tough.

If I were in his shoes I might feel the same way. Moreno is unproven afer all. What about Brown for Jennings straight up?

id be careful about trading ronnie. your RB stable looks a little less daunting without him. its going to be ADP + ?? every week.

have you tried packaging parker and benson and seeing what that could get you?

Yeah, that i my problem with Brown. I think he is up for a great year. Being a Dolphins fan I keep up with his status in the team. I also have to make sure I seperate myself from fan to Fantasy.

Brown for Jennings my be a possibility....I will have to see what he thinks.

I might be in the minority here, but Ronnie Brown isn't that good. Take away his one big game last year agains the Pats and he put up decent numbers at best.

I'd trade him straight up for either one of those receivers, especially in a PPR league.

agree about ronnie brown, he had all his numbers in that one game where they unveiled the wildcat. Id try to trade him + maybe a 2nd rookie pick for Jennings. Definitely go for jennings instead of Marshall.

mine?
