I'm happy with the team, as I feel that I have quality depth in every important position. I was champion the year before last, and lost in the championship game last year. I'm hoping to continue the streak of being part of the championship game.

One of the changes I'm contemplating right now is making a play for Cutler or Rodgers to backup Brady. I'm worried that I don't have a quality young QB waiting in the wings. Of course, I'm probably thinking too far ahead, as Brady and Schaub (only two years older than Cutler/Rodgers) should have quite a few years left in them.

My IDP weakness is definitely DL, but that's understandable since there are so few productive DL in the league. I'm working on getting Gaines Adams back after including him in a trade to net Ray Rice last year.

looks fantastic to me, great blend of veteran studs, guys hitting their prime, and rookie prospects. i would not panic on the backup QB situation. every year 1-2 legitimate QBs emerge from nowhere, and you have a few years before brady starts to decline, not to mention you have schaub, who produces at a top5 level if he stays healthy. might even consider dealing warner, but DL is the only place you need help, and it would be pretty hard to trade a QB for an IDP. also, i've been hearing good things about cliff avril. he may surprise.

Talked with a guy who was stacked at DL and worked a deal to land Robert Mathis (gave up Ray Lewis). I was going for Gaines Adams, but he was just as high on him as he was on Justin Tuck. After going back and forth on offers for Adams, I realized things weren't going anywhere, and just decided to throw out an offer for Mathis. He took it, and now I feel a lot more comfortable overall about my IDPs.
