Add another vote for keeping D.Williams & R.Brown. RB's are a premium in every league, but these settings make them much more important. Honestly, I wouldn't like to play with these settings. I know there are some good backup RB's that are worth starting, but these settings guarantee that at least 4 owners HAVE to start backups. Since you can start 4 RB's...there will almost be noone left on the WW (that's any good) if one of your RB's gets hurt. This one would be very easy for me. I'd keep the 2 RB's & I might even grab another RB with your 1st pick. WR's vary a lot year to year. Plus there's 64 starting WR's compared to 32 starting RB's. I know not all the 64 #1 & #2's aren't fantasy worthy, but add the #3's that are, and simple math tells us that there will be a lot more serviceable WR's to be had later in the draft...or even on the waiver wire. Also, if you're stacked at RB you could probably trade for a very good WR during the season. With these settings, you know that because of injuries, 1 or more owners will be VERY hurting for RB's during the season . Good luck!
