I agree with the others... I like LJ as nothing better than a RB4 on a squad, and others will overpay that, so he will never be on one of my rosters in 2009.
I like TO better than LJ alone. Throw in a guy that, with an AP injury, is rushing behind a great OL and has shown capable of putting up 1000 yards, and this is a no-brainer decline for me.
Please take a second with mine.... thanks and good luck!

I like LJ but this offer is too steep. Terrell Owens still has some good days left in him. Interesting thing is both T.O. and LJ have to play well this season and will be motivated.
LJ lost a battle over his guaranteed contract and has to play well to avoid getting cut and losing his huge contract; T.O. is on a one-year deal with Buffalo and needs to get it done or he will not get big bucks as a free agent.
I like T.O.'s chances because say what you want about him -- he is consistent in Fantasy.
LJ has a poor offensive line, but things are picking up in KC with coaching changes (couldn't get much worse than Herm Edwards imo). That said, LJ's in a weak division and has a last-place schedule. I think he's guaranteed 1,200 yards and 8+ TD's. Not shabby. Oh, and he's very healthy coming into the season and has been well-behaved off the field thanks to the contract issue. In six seasons LJ's only been used heavily in two of them ('05 & '06). His knees and shoulders have never been injured, his only injury was a fractured toe in '07 that the Chiefs didn't rush him back from (I think to tank in the standings) so he's not worn down. I see Jammal Charles as a 3rd down change of pace guy. He really didn't impress me with his chance last year with LJ's suspension and Kolby Smith's season-ending knee injury. A lot of people think he's a threat to LJ but I'm not buying it.
I'd counter-offer this guy Ochocinqo & C. Taylor for LJ and hang onto T.O. Taylor hasn't much value except to Peterson owners. Ochocinqo gets Fantasy points in a handful of games and does next to nothing the rest of the time. Starting RB's with non-RBBC teams are hard to come by, and LJ fits that mold...
I agree pass if you want to move owens see if you get ksmith or lynch lj is done wouldnt surprise me to see him released at some point he could be decent but signs say otherwise help with mine viewtopic.php?t=438625
