Best Value? Cutler or A.Gonzo

Postby Egg2828 » Sat Jul 18, 2009 11:32 am

6point TD 2point int rush/rec 10yrd-1point yayayayaya =)

Basicly what is the ADP for Cutler vs A.Gonzo.

I can keep a lower end top 12 QB which I could draft in the 8th round or so. OR keep Anthony Gonzo as a WR3/2. Many WR2 and better WR3 are gone before round 7-8th so I'm leaning toward keeping A.Gonzo this year. Its a free keep, no risk. 1yr only.

Who is the better value. ADP?

Thanks,

A site I use that gives and average based on 5 sites has Gonzo at 67 adn Cutler at 69. The "experts" have it Cutler at 66 and Gonzo at 79. Personally, I would take Gonzo. Cutler will likely be a middle of the pack QB with no advantage over the QB's who finish 6-12 this year.

Gonzalez. With Marvin gone he will be targeted more. As mentioned above there are a number of guys who will put up Cutler numbers.

My thoughts exactly. I can get a QB later with the same value as say a 7th round guy vs a solid WR3 low end WR2 with upside there wont be much there later on.

Thanks guys,

go Gonzo...they have a projected easier schedule against the pass and you can get a cutler like qb later. Cutler does not have much to throw to.

I agree with this. I think that's Cutlers numbers are going to drop quite a bit in Chicago. I would much rather have Peyton's #2 WR.
