My 1.1 & 2.1 draft pick for his 1.5, 2.5 & A. Pederson.

Then with the 1:5 you can grab McCoy. And a WR prospect like Inglacius (sp) with the 2:5

You are a lucky man to get this trade offer. You better double check and make sure that he isn't offering A. Peterson from the Bears . If it is the real AP, make this trade. Getting Ap and either McCoy or D. Brown will get your team on track quickly
