Is this the same Stewart that everyone agreed would outplay DWill and become the starter for the Panthers last season?
Well since Williams has been so consistently studly in his seasons in Carolina that is just completely ridiculous to think about. Stewart was basically recovering from injury last season...he started off the season being semi-healthy and you will never really get healthier over the course of a season if you're playing a position like RB. He's completely healthy now and Stewart is supposedly looking very good so far...Williams is talented but I think Stewart is more talented and I think it will start to come through more this season. Considering that as a rookie, although outshone by Williams' breakout season, he had over 800 yards at 4.5 ypc and double digit TDs in a partial role, it's quite obvious he's a very talented back.
Stewart is very talented, but he hasn't been "completely healthy" since his sophomre year of high school. He usually plays with the pain, but I worry about the long-term prospects of a guy who is "always" hurt.

Oh...I didn't realize you talked with him about it and knew this for a fact.

Might be one of the single worst arguments I've ever heard in my life. You can't just make statements about people that you don't know for a fact like you know it as a fact and just expect people to believe you...I'm sorry, but the statement you made is not something anyone who doesn't know him personally would know and to pretend otherwise is ridiculous.

I don't have to know the guy to know that he has been dealing with ankle and foot injuries since he was 16 years-old, and to think otherwise is ridiculous.
There's a new website out there called google.com. It will lead you to lots of information about athletes without actaully having to speak with them in person. It's really prety cool.
Maybe he has had some injuries since he was that age but that doesn't mean that he's not healthy now...I think it's just a ridiculous statement to say you know something like that which you can't possibly know. I'm sorry, but yes, it's ridiculous no matter how good you think you might be at searching the internet. I'm sorry, but looking up some "facts" over the internet and knowing whether a guy is healthy or not now or whether he has been over the past 5 years is NOT the same thing.

Apology accepted and I respect your right to be wrong.
Wow...talk about your arrogant responses...oh well, if you're going to be that incredibly immature about it, that's your choice. I feel sorry for people who take your advice if you are going to try to state things that are just plain inaccurate. Good luck with that.

My last post was in jest. That's why I included the thumbs up.
