Grant for Manning/Graham?

Starting 2 RB, 2 WR and 1 RB/WR means I don't need Grant with Gore and Barber as my starters and I can replace him with Holt or Graham. Manning is a great upgrade over Schaub, is this deal a no brainer?

I don't understand why you don't think you need Grant to go along with Gore/Barber. You can start 3 Rb's. Are you pretty deep at WR? If you make this trade, I hope you don't plan on starting Graham in your flex spot. Please post your entire roster.
