I'd keep it that way. I'm pretty high on Ronnie Brown this year, so that may be affecting my decision. The 2QB makes Ryan a little more attractive, but I think you'll be able to find late-round/WW QB's that will produce similar numbers from week to week. He's a good real-game winner, not a fantasy-game winner.
Any chance he'll still be there @ #10? I don't find moving up from the 4th to the 3rd all that enticing just because when the top 50 players are already off the board, things become more of a wash.
thanks for the feedback. I know for a fact that Ryan will be gone by the 9th pick at the latest. I just thought the chance to get Johnson in a keeper is worth it especially considering Housh should be good with Hasselbeck especially in a ppr.
Sorry, didn't realize that your keepers were keepers for life, essentially. This makes CJ42 a little more attractive.
I guess I just see the opportunity to win now with that set of WR's given the PPR. What's your QB situation like? Do you think you can contend for a title or playoff money this year? I think that can dictate your movement on Moss as well.
I think it's a solid move. I'd rather have Johnson and Housh than Moss and Brown, although it's close. And the extra picks make it that much better. I think Johnson gets more love around the goalline this year.
I would make the move. You need a younger Rb to replace Westy and Chris Johnson is as good as it gets. You do downgrade from Moss to Housh, but I think it's worth it.
Thanks guys, I guess one other factor is that after this season we move up to 6 keepers instead of 5 which is a major reason I want to move up to that 6th pick to see if I can get Matt Ryan.
I have Moss ranked as my #1 WR this year. I am targeting Brown for late 3rd-early 4th round in redraft leagues, with the expectation that he will produce like a high-end RB2 or better.
I am not a huge believer in Chris Johnson while White is still around, I think he will disappoint based on many people's preseason rankings. And I also believe the same about Housh. Both are good players, but I'm not sure they will live up to projections.
That said, I like picking up an extra pick, especially in lieu of the fact that you are increasing the number of keepers. I would counter by adding Westy and deleting Brown.
stay put i think brown will have a good season this year comparable to cj and moss will do at least 15 tds while housh ceiling is probably 10 and moving up 4 picks isnt that enticing i think u could nab a solid qb later in the draft i would pass
