We're in the 19th round in our 12 team keeper league. Each team is allowed a 30 player roster, we start 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 2 DL, 2 LB, and 2 DB. We keep up to 20 players, but if you keep fewer, you are compensated with picks. Our scoring breaks down as;

1 point per 75 passing yard, 1 point per 1 PaTD, -1 point per INT, -1 point per fumble
1 point per 33 rush/rec yards, 1 point per 1 RuTD or ReTD, -1 point per fumble
1 point per 3 Individual Tackles, 1 point per sack, 1 point per Forced Fumble, 1 point per DeTD, 1 point per INT

I was offered his Brady Quinn, Derek Anderson, Reggie Bush, Terrell Owens, and Jason Witten. In exchange I send Matt Ryan, LaDainian Tomlinson, Michael Crabtree. My initial thought is to counteroffer, as I do not think I want this deal. Any thoughts on this trade, and if possible, an idea of a counter offer?

I'd pass on the deal but can't offer advice on a counter offer right now. Those scoring settings are weird so it's a little hard to guage the value of each player.
