Trading Draft picks!!

I was curious to see if anybody in any leagues trade draft picks? If so, when you trade do you find it is better for the commisioner approve the trades or do you have the league vote on them. Also. does anyone have a value chart for draft picks that attaches a point value to them? And last, if anybody trades draft picks on draft day can they explain how they go about doing it. It seems like it might be hectic but would be a lot of fun. Thanks for the help.

As I am usually the commish, I prefer to review trades myself. I don't trust other people.

In regards to teams trading picks on draft day, just have them pick for each other and let the commish fix the rosters later. i.e. Team A tells Team B who to take with that pick and vice versa.

We basically have the same setup has Spider. It works. It is very interresting
this way. We trade also in the middle of the draft. Pass a piece of paper with the deal to
the owner we want to make a trade with. Live draft at the owners house who has just won last
years championship. This is year 8 comming up.......lotta fun!!!!

I am no longer in any leagues that have league votes that I can think of. A complete waste of time. I played in one last year where every single trade had at least one veto against it. Ridiculous. Get a trustworthy, sensible commish and let him do it.

The only veto is collusion (just had to throw that in )
