Pick 2 players for my 2nd and 3rd picks.

I drew the 2nd pick in my PPR 12 team league ..Got my mind set on MJD or AP obviously with my pick, but in 15+ mocks here are the players Ive got to choose from with my 2nd and 3rd picks at # 23 and 26

bolded choices,I would say Jennings and Brady but really doubt he'll be there at #23 with all the hype lately nevermind how the mocks turned out

Surprisingly in most of my PPR Mocks Brady is kicking around in the late 2nd rd, I even got Brees instead of Brady a couple times.

Do NOT take Brady there...it's not worth it in the least. I'd take Jennings and White personally...I think both of those young WRs are in for great seasons and they could be an excellent WR duo for you. Both are WR1s this season and pairing them with a top tier RB could be a fantastic combination.

if he is there I would def grab him with all tds 6,though in the ppr drafts I've done so far their both(Brady and Brees)gone by 15ish

Man...I'm telling you...it's a mistake to take a QB there that early in the draft. 6 pts/TD doesn't make a difference in the least because ALL QBs get 6pts/TD so it increases all their points which means the value of QBs doesn't change at all. PPR actually makes QBs even less valuable because it even closes the "point gap" between them and the RBs/WRs so you pass on taking a QB there and you grab RBs/WRs early on and get a big edge on the idiots that like to waste early picks on QBs.

i agree with this. If Qbs get ppc or bonus pts for certain yardage then I'd try to get Brady there. Otherwise I would go with Jennings and Colston and try for QB in rd 5 after getting a 2nd RB in rd 4.

It is nice having a elite RB and 2 great WR's for my 1st 3 picks..It looks like there is not a huge difference points wise between guys like Aaron Rogers,Tony Romo and Brady projection wise, maybe 20-30 points. But there is a pretty big drop off between guys like Lee Evans and Jennings (40-50 points) if I was to take a QB early..So I should do the RB,WR,WR with my 1st 3 picks

I see your point but Brady is Brady...while I doubt he can match his 07 season I'd bet he gets 40tds next tier qbs will do good to get 30 and throw more picks

I know, there are 2 things here with Brady..Im a Pat's Homer and I cannot forget the 500 point 07' season. While he most likely wont come close to that, he could go 420-440 points and be 80-100 points higher than the others.. It's nice knowing you can get a guaranteed 25-35 points a week with him. But then guys like Jerrico Cotchery & Lee Evans pop into my head as my 2nd WR..Not sure I want that!
