On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 9. Very good team.
Your depth at RB is superb. Lynch is going to miss 3 games, which is a pretty substantial portion of the regular fantasy season, but you have the talent and depth to be fine without him. And when he comes back you're going to be in excellent shape.
You have 3 very good WRs in your starting lineup and an up-and-coming Jackson to back them up. Matt Ryan should improve this year with Gonzalez to throw to and you have a solid veteran to back him up should things go awry (which they won't).
Very good team without a clear weakness IMO. I wouldn't do anything with it right now.
