so this is basically manning, williams, and 6.06 (which is really like an 8th or 9th rounder, talent wise, in a 4-player keeper) for AJ and barber straight up.
truthfully, i like your team better w/ AJ. you're not going to find top 10 WR's starting in round 2, and so you'll never have someone to really anchor that position. i think the production dropoff from dwill to barber is more than covered by AJ. furthermore, i wouldn't be surprised to see dwill put up numbers similar to barber's next year as they give stewart the ball more often.
finally, a 1st rounder for peyton is a little steep, and i think you may be able to grab some legitimate talent in the first round that will be long gone by the second. i'd stay put.
I would also stay put. Like lugmetric said, you really won't find any talent close to AJ that late in the draft and you might be able to find some QB talent later in the draft that will produce well, but just not to the extent that Manning does. It isn't worth it IMO.

I agree that Manning as a 1st rounder is a little steep, but that's more than made up by DWill in the 16th which is absolute theft. Plus you pick up another 6th round pick. In a 10 team, 4 player keeper league, that's going to translate into someone along the lines of Driver, Eli Manning, Lance Moore, Felix Jones, Ted Ginn, etc.
It's unlikely you're going to be able to be able to replace AJ in the draft, but it's also unlikely you'd be able to get a QB anywhere near Peyton if you didn't do it. And if you go WR with your first three picks (like you suggested above) you're still going to come out with a very good WR core.
All in all, the fact that DWill is a better back (and coming at much better pick value) than Barber basically does it for me.

I like this deal in principal but I would try to bump up that 6th rounder so you have a chance at better WR talent.

See, this is what I was thinking. I think if I followed this plan, I could come away with 3 out of Bowe, TO, ocho, Housh, Lee Evans, Lance Moore. Add that to Manning, Dwill, Portis, and LJ (or maybe Pierre Thomas if I can trade for him), and I think that's a pretty good core.
On the flip side if I stood pat I'd probably be looking at a player like Steve or Kevin Smith in the first (if they last to me), and I'd have to use my third on a QB like Romo (who I'm not really confident in this year). Most of the best QB's are being kept.
I would stay put. I think that AJ may become the best NFL receiver with Schaub playing a complete season. My thoughts are that you should drop LJ - the Chiefs have a creepy OL - and keep Witten. With T.O. gone, Witten may have an astounding year. In fact, he may provide to your team as many Fantasy Points than most WRs. (drop LJ and pick a RB like Kevin Smith)
