im lookin at gettin Palmer around the 8th round or so...no way I would touch a QB before round 5...my league is 4pts for passing TDs anyway..I just don't think LT is what he used to be, plus they have the NFC East this year, at Tennessee in week 16...I just dunno
You can't throw a guy out based on schedule because that changes so much, its really unpredictable, schedule is a tie breaker at best. And your guessing injury based on schedule, thats an even bigger no no.
LT was the #7 RB in footballguys.com year end RB total stats/fantasy leaders. He played injured all season with Turf toe, one of the worst injuries you can play through especially how he runs, cuts, and moves.
If you can play through turf toe and play that well I think he is a safe bet to be top ten at LEAST. Most guys cant even play through turf toe.

Im not guessing injury by schedule...im guessing it by his past, his age, his durability concerns...the chargers didnt give sproles 6.6 million because they thought LT was unstoppable...schedule is pretty obvious, they play the Steelers, Giants, Eagles, Titans, Ravens...those are games where everyone gets beat up. If the chargers defense gets somewhere near where it was a couple years ago then I trust LT a lot more, but there is obvious reasons why he is no longer considered a top tier rb...I dont care what he did last season. The guy averaged under 4 yards per carry last year, he only broke 100 yards rushing in 2 games!!! He has been steadily heading downhill for the past 3 seasons...6 games last year he didnt even break 3ypc...what makes you guys really think he is going to do good?

his past? durability concerns? LT has only missed 1 (ONE!!!!) game in his entire career! Yes he turns 30 this season, but there are 0 (ZERO!) indicators that he is going to take a big dive this season. Have you even seen LT play? You can't pass a guy based on his schedule, that is a good way to shoot yourself in the foot. If anything, LT plays the chiefs, broncos, and raiders twice each. Why no mention of that? He is still considered a top tier RB by many, so I don't know where you say he is no longer considered one. He is actually a huge sleeper candidate to where he is being drafted. He is coming off a turf toe injury that doesn't linger and has never had a major injury his entire career. I am dumbfounded by some peoples thoughts!
Heading downhill for the last 3 seasons? Yes downhill, but his downhill is higher than most peoples career years!
2008 - 1536 total yds 12 TDs (WITH TURF TOE!!) 2007 - 1949 total yds 18 TDs 2006 - 2323 total yds 31 TDs
It sounds like you are just throwing stuff out there to make yourself believe this guy is worthless. I hope my league mates feel the same way and I get him in the mid to late 1st round! I have him as my #3 RB in redraft this season and feel he could be the #1 RB by seasons end!

Another thing to remeber about 1:31:45 PM is you can just look at the rushing alone, I'm on my crackberry and can't look it up but I'd be willinh to bet if you factor in receiving than his 100 yard games you cheerish would increase. Because LT does get so many receiving yards it significantly increases his value compared to just his rushing alone.
I'm curious as to what everyone's opinion is on rd.2 and rd 3 strategy for 7th draft spot assuming a running back is taken in round 1. How about WR/WR in round 2-3 ? That would be pick 14 in round 2 and pick 27 in round 3
