No. With the upgrades to the line, more time recovering from surgery, added offensive weapons in McCoy and Maclin... It is plausible that he is top 5 QB.
Top 5 might be a stretch. Guys like Brady, Brees, Manning, Warner, Rodgers are definitely going to outperform McNabb, maybe even Rivers and Romo as well
Once the top 3 are gone the qb left who holds the most value in my eyes is mcnabb. Don't take him right after those 3 of course. But he has some of the best offensive weapons aside from TO he has had in awhile.

feel pretty close to the same- I have McNabb after Rivers and before Romo

Currentlty I have the QB's ranked: Brady Brees Manning Rodgers Warner Rivers Mcnabb
But, I see no reason why McNabb can't be a top 5 QB in a pass happy offense. I could easily flip flop Rivers/McNabb. I don't know how effective Philly's running will be w/o a healthy Westy, so McNabb might me throwing more this year. If that happens his numbers should increase.

Yes.
No.
As stated above, the PHI offense is improved via draft and free agency. With Westy a question mark coming into the season, I think they are going to pass even more than they normally do. It's not a stretch at all to think McNabb could produce like a top-5 QB.
Just make sure you have a high-end QB2 because of the injury potential with McNabb.
