H2H standard league, problem is you start 3 WRs and only 2 RBs i didnt like any WRs available so I kept taking more RBs, I tried getting Calvin Johnson for Steve Slaton but the guy rejected.I would rather make a trade for a top WR then pick up somebody. This is my team: QB: Aaron Rodgers, Matt Cassel WR: chad johnson, anthony gonzalez, desean jackson, mark clayton RB: LT, steve slaton, Pierre thomas, kevin smith, darren mcfadden, knowshon moreno TE: visanthe shiancoe K: elam D: san diego
(the draft was held a couple days before news came out that mason was un-retiring for the Ravens) I was counting on Clayton as a sleeper WR but now I desperately need better WRs and have too many RBs. Here are available WRs: Percy Harvin, Chris Henry, Devin Thomas, Brian Robiskie, Nate Burleson, Mark Bradley, Bobby Engram, Muhsin Muhammad, Kevin Curtis, Nate Washington, Hakeem Nicks, Sidney Rice, Isaac Bruce

Yeah you did kill the RB's some nice ones there... I could offer some trade advice if you listed some of the other teams rosters... list maily ones that are WR heavy and RB weak Is it an 8 man or 10?
QB Vick, Schaub RB Rice, Gore, Brad, Hightow, Jacobs WR V Jax, M Will T, Ocho, Marsh, Maclin TE [b]Lewis[/b}
10 team league...this is a team im lookin to trade with QB: Peyton Manning, Ben Roethlisberger WR: Steve Smith, TO, Roy Williams, Torry Holt RB: Turner, LJ, McGahee te: Kellen Winslow, Shockey k: Josh Brown, Jason Hanson D: Miami, Tampa Bay
Another team has: QB: Schaub, Hasselbeck WR: Randy Moss, Reggie Wayne, Wes Welker, Donnie Avery, Domenik Hixon RB: MJD, Ryan Grant, Jamal Lewis TE: Owen Daniels, Vernon Davis K: Bironas D: Chicago, NE
A 3rd team.... QB: cUTLER, David Garrard WR: Greg Jennings, Brandon Marshall, TJ Houshmandzadeh, Jerricho Cotchery, Ted Ginn Jr RB: Brian westbrook, Clinton Portis, Derrick Ward TE: Dallas Clark, John Carlson K: David Akers D: Eagles, Panthers
the team i tried trading with slaton for calvin johnson rejected and said I appreciate the offer but I would have drafted a WR in this slot regardless if Slaton was available. he also has Larry Fitzgerald, Donald Driver, Bernard Berrian and Miles Austin but it sounds like he purposely had a WR draft strategy and is not willing to trade. His RBs are Addai, Willie Parker, Marion Barber, and Marshawn Lynch
Ok my first thought is go crazy and try LT for Calvin... LT still carrys some weight
If not i would then target the team with Moss, Welker and Wayne.
I love your combo of Slanton and LT and KS and PT are very solid number 2's Try using Desean or Gonzo and package with Either PT or KS for Moss, TO, S Smith, Wayne I like Ocho this year if Palmer stays healthy but not as a #1 I like your QB's i was in a simmilar situation last year with almost identical RB's
I had LT, Slaton, Portis, Lynch and could only start upto 3
Of the left over WR's i like Harvin, Henry and i think Robinskie in Cle will be a suprize!
Good luck man!
QB Vick, Schaub RB Rice, Gore, Brad, Hightow, Jacobs WR V Jax, M Will T, Ocho, Marsh, Maclin TE [b]Lewis[/b}
Addai, Parker, Lynch & Barber? That guy doesn't need a RB and I can't imagine why he'd trade you for a RB either. You need to hit up a team that has weak RBs and an extra WR or 2 to give or this won't work. That guy is solid at WR and RB. Try Hitting up Team 3 for Housh or Cotchery.
I don't think you should give up much depth at RB either. If it were me I'd try selling high on Cassel to a weak QB team and try to get the WR upgrade that way.
Looking at the FA's I really like C henry....I know he has issues but when he plays he's really good and TJ gone.......sleeper.....
I also like Robiskie...great pedigree....if he can't put up some numbers I will never draft a rookie WR again.......thinking he has Wes Welker potential.....catches and yards......
I wouldn't give up Slaton/LT cause you have a huge advantage at the RB position I would assume both should be great this year. Don't sell yourself short on the upgrade that you get in return though, RB's drop like flies throughout the season and you have some huge trade chips on your hands. Out of the RB's you have I would look to move Thomas/McFadden/K Smith for TO or Roy Williams
