What RB would you take at 14

Postby djtw » Tue Aug 04, 2009 1:19 pm

14 team redraft - 6pt per TD 1pt per 20 rec or rushing yds. bonus points after 100 yds
I seem to always have these RB available at 14 and usually take Jacobs in my mock drafts. Who would you take?

My first pick is usually Moss or Calvin Johnson and then a RB.
Available RB at 14 and 15:
Brandon Jacobs
Westbrook
Portis
Barber
Ronnie Brown
Pierre Thomas
Chris Johnson (Usually gone by 14 but I have seen him there)

Also if I go WR and RB in 1st and 2nd round what RB would you take in 3rd or 4th?

Thomas Jones

CJ for sure if he is there, then Westy, Jacobs, portis, Barber3, Thomas, Brown. if you got Moss/CJ that would be a pretty good start. Of course take Fitz if he is there too.

CJ will not be there
Jacobs TD machine

Portis put up some great yrd games last year, hits pay dirt and his value sky rockets

Westy Total STUD. Still puts up huge numbers even when out 2-3games a year. Rookie McCoy will help big time with work load. Thats a bonus for westy owners

Barber Had best season as back up and Closer....Felix Jones will help big time! 1500yrd 15TD pace before loss of Jones and injury

P.Thomas: I'm HUGe on him. 110yrd per game 9td last part of season...Killer

R.Brown Solid #2 RB

Westy is rapidly falling down my board. A 30 y/o RB with a history of nagging injuries and already they are saying he won't see the field until mid-August... BIG RED FLAG.
