So I've tried to get a list every year of wideouts who have the best potential to break out. Guys you draft as your WR3 or WR4 who end up being top-20 at their position (Braylon Edwards 2 seasons ago, Antonio Bryant last year, etc.). They don't always have to be youngsters or 3rd year guys, but that group seems to have the most breakout stars every year.
Anyway, here are some guys that I'm high on and will be rolling with in the late rounds:
+ designates 3rd year rule (adhere to at your own risk) ^ designates rookie
Santonio Holmes +Anthony Gonzalez +Sidney Rice +Tedd Ginn, Jr. DeSean Jackson +Robert Meachem Domenik Hixon +Steve Breaston Mark Bradley +Steve Smith (NYG) ^Hakeem Nicks +James Jones Mark Clayton +Craig "Buster" Davis (not sure about him, way too many mouths to feed in SD) ^Michael Crabtree
This list is VERY incomplete. I'll add more as they come to mind, but SUGGESTIONS ARE ALSO WELCOME!!

Already thought of one: Mark Bradley (KC Chiefs). Had some productives games last year w/ Tyler Thigpen at the helm, so hopefully that will translate to bigger numbers with Cassel throwing the ball.
I almost put him in my list, the only thing that worries me about any SEA receiver is simply the number of quality WRs in SEA.
Housh, Burleson, Branch, Butler and Carlson with Greg Knapp vowing to run the ball more. Without an injury I don't see any (including Housh) finishing in the top 20 fantasy WR.

Chris Henry, WR, Cincinnati. Tremendous talent, hopefully he can keep his head straight like he has so far. When this guys on the field, the sky is the limit for him. Hopefully he beats out Coles for the WR2 spot in Cincinnati and shows everyone he's the real deal.
