Predraft offer: my 1st for his 2nd and 3rd

I just got this offer:
My 1st round pick for his 2nd and 3rd pics. This is before draft order has been established. Sounds like a good deal to me. Y'all agree?

BTW-12-man league, nonkeeper, 0.33 PPR.

Honestly that is really tough without the order being set. If you two end up with the first two picks that is really bad deal. If he ends up at the end of the draft you are fine but one of your picks needs to be an 8, 9, or 10 otherwise I'd say the deal stinks.

Yah, the more that I think about it, the more that it just seems like a simple gamble. Especially so, given the major quality drop after the top 8 picks or so.
