who to drop/add? whir

i just finished my first draft and im looking pretty good. made a few predraft and mid draft trades and ended up with:
QB PManning
RB Deangelo
RB Portis
WR AJ
WR Roddy White
WR Ochocinqo
K Goskowski
Bench:
Cassel
Benson, Chris Wells, Lynch, Maroney
Lee Evans, H.Ward, Coles

I need to add a defense (was just going to play matchups for a while and see what happens), and also would like to add Ladell Betts to handcuff Portis. I guess Maroney is the one to drop? but i need to drop 2 players to add a Defense also....unless i can pull off a 2 for 1 trade, which i would like to do to upgrade WR3. Any ideas on who to package for an upgrade? thanks for any help, whir.

ps: its a 10 team league, and 2-3 teams are very shorthanded at WR. fwiw.

You could probably package one of your top 3 back up rb's with Ocho to upgrade there, it may not be a substantial upgrade but I think it would be worth it to lock up a safe wr3. And truthfully I would see no problem with dropping Cassel or Coles either Coles being the one I'd let go first. I generally just carry one qb when I have a guy like Peyton, are you really ever going to bench him in favor of Cassel?

How many people are in this league? When someone is trying to upgrade at WR3 and have 85 I don't know what to say.
