McFadden for Roy Williams WHIR

Postby bale » Wed Aug 05, 2009 6:46 pm

I am inclined to pull the trigger on this trade to get McFadden. I am not sold on Williams and think that a combo of Royal/Driver could get me by for the WR2 spot. I think it would help my RB's as well in case LT doesn't pan out.
Thanks in advance, WHIR.

My roster:
12 man, standard-ish scoring
QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R, K

Ryan, Palmer
T. Owens, Roy Williams, Royal, Driver, Muhammad
LT, K Williams, J. Stewart, L. Washington, T. Choice
J. Carlson
M. Bryant

His roster:
Romo, Delhomme
S. Smith, R. White, Branch, Cotchery, Maclin
Westbrook, McFadden, Parker, Hightower, Graham
Z. Miller
Lindell
Yay for Offensive Coordinators!!!

I would jump on this. Even playing for the lowly Raiders, McFadden has a lot of upside. And you're right, you should be fine at WR without Roy.

Thanks for the help

Hella yeh! I would jump all over this trade.

Call me nutz, but I have MCF down for 1000/400 and about 45 grabs this year.

I would also pull the trigger on this. I think McFadden finally shows up this year and produces solid numbers.

I am not sold on Roy Williams just yet. Although he might be a "safer" pick I think D Mac has a TON of upside.

Go with McFadden

Thanks on mine.
