Best Keeper Option? WHIR

Postby rja8719 » Wed Aug 05, 2009 9:31 pm

12 Team PPR League, standard scoring for RB/WR, Passing TDs are 6 points, Interception -2

The way we do our keeper is whoever you keep, you lose the pick 3 rounds before they were drafted in the previous year, WW counts as a 16th round pick.

My options are Tim Hightower ,Matt Cassel,or Domenik Hixon...all were off the WW, so I would be getting them as a 13th round pick.

I'm drafting in seat 11 for the draft.

Appreciate any opinions.

I would take Cassel, as your number 2 qb........but I agree you have to have better options......yuk....

That is your best option. You seriously don't have better personnel to choose from? Can you not keep anyone from the first 3 rounds of last year's draft? You must have better options from rounds 4-16?

Hopefully you have better options than that, but if not, I'd keep Cassell

Well those seemed like the best choices since I would only lose a 13th round pick...I also have:

Vincent Jackson (for 5th rd)
Jonathan Stewart (for 3rd)

I would keep Jackson for the fifth rounder. That seems like your best bet. It will give you a sold WR2. So now with picks one through four you can work on getting a RB1, RB2 and a WR1.
