RB - D. Ward, C. Wells, C. Benson, E. Graham, L. McCoy.
TE - G. Olsen, V. Davis.
K - None.
DEF - New England, Green Bay.

TRADE OFFER:

MY - Greg Jennings & Chris Wells for
HIS - Ronnie Brown, Michael Crabtree, Joey Galloway.

1. I need an RB...but every other team is looking for top WRs so I feel I can trade for better.
2. Should I instead counter with Brandon Marshall instead of Jennings? rest being the same.

I would do this trade, but I would try and give up Marshall instead of Jennings. You have the WR depth so this really won't hurt you either. Pull the trigger

Looks like you went WR with your first 4 picks to land those RBs. Not a good strat IMO.

If you do this trade for Brown, Jennings is too much. I would counter with Marshall and sub McCoy for Wells. Wells may be the best RB you have by season's end.

Shop around, you can get much better for your WR. I would package Fitz or AJ with Benson for a top tier RB and 3rd tier WR. You need a stud RB BAD!!!

Good luck! It's hard to win with mediocre RBs, especially in a league that plays a flex.

You do need to upgrade at RB, but I don't think Brown does that for you enough to part with Jennings. Find someone with WR needs and better RBs to offer you.
If you go with this trade, try to use Marshall and not Jennings.

i wouldnt give up Jennings for Brown. i'd either try Marshall for Brown, or just wait until closer to the season or even a week or 2 in to see if you can get better value
