I can get Turner (or Forte) and keep Westbrook or Slaton (leaning toward Westbrook) and get possibly a top level WR with my 2nd round pick. I would then have to wait another 22 picks before I get to pick again (dwindling the pool of quality players tremendously)
I can keep Westbrook and Slaton and pick two top level WRs before waiting 22 picks.
And the guy I'm looking to trade with (who has said I have a little time to decide this) has the 11th pick, so even if I can get his 3rd round pick out of this I'm still waiting 21 picks before I get to choose again.
And as I have learned in the past (including winning my league last year) very good quality does not always beat good quantity.
I understand and that's why I asked for the explanation. Thank you for doing it so I can provide better feedback.
I would take Forte if you can and keep him and Slaton. What penalties do you have for keeping a player in the future? Would you be able to keep Forte and Slaton next year as well?
Let me know and I can expand further or go another direction.
